The Illinois High School Cheerleading Coaches Organization (IHSCCO) was founded by coaches, for coaches. The main goal is to provide support for its member coaches by creating educational opportunities, providing resources and promoting growth within the IHSA cheerleading community. |

WE WILL STRIVE TO
- Advocate and provide a voice for high school coaches across the state of Illinois
- Provide regular communication to coaches.
- Recognize student-athlete and coach achievement.
- Support and advocate for the evolution of the IHSA Cheerleading scoring process.
- Promote participation and sportsmanship within the Illinois cheerleading community.
- Help to create positive and active participants within the cheerleading community, through educational opportunities.
- Provide mentorship opportunities to assist the development of new coaches and to provide continuous growth for veteran cheerleading coaches.
